WC. Utility room. Holiday cottage equipped with Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat and bathtub.

Unenclosed 600 m² garden with unobstructed view of the Countryside (not overlooked from the terrace). Enclosed garage for small car. Bikes can be stored in the garage.

This house has been built with new materials designed for energy savings, Geothermal heating water-to-water. Electric shutters. Internet access.

The Holiday cottage is close to many nature activities accessible to all: Fishing, Hiking, cycling, direct access to the Voie Bleue, part of the V 50 (Échappée Bleue), and eco-paddling canoeing to discover the flora and fauna of the Saône and Ognon rivers. 2 canoes available (free, on request and in summer only). 2 men's mountain bikes and 2 women's mountain bikes available.

The Holiday cottage is located in the DIJON (35km)-DOLE(30 km)-BESANÇON (40 km) triangle.

Pets not allowed.
