Separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room with WC. Baby bed and highchair. Underfloor heating on ground floor (heat pump) and electric heating on first floor (extra charge beyond 8 kwh/day). Garage. 4300 m² fenced garden with a variety of bird trees. Parking lot. GR nearby. The Hautes Côtes de Nuits are famous for their production of red berries. 2 Pets allowed. Accommodation not suitable for business stays. Nathalie et Alain Très belle maison, grand terrain arboré avec une vue magnifique, grande terrasse. Propriétaire très sympathique. Maison très bien équipée. Maison idéale pour une très grande famille.

Voyageur anonyme Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons passé une première quinzaine de juin dans un endroit très agréable avec un très beau terrain et de superbes vues sur les vignes et les coteaux environnants.
Le gîte est idéalement placé pour la visite de la région, à la campagne et au calme sans être éloigné des commerces.
Le propriétaire est accueillant et discret.
Le gîte est très spacieux, l’équipement est complet nécessitant quelques améliorations, notamment sur le vieillissement matériel ( salon extérieur et transats par exemple).
Nous avons pris l’option ménage fin de séjour, cela n’avait pas dû être le cas des précédents locataires, tout n’étant pas nettoyé à fond ( et la terrasse pas du tout).
A part ces détails, nous recommandons cette location sans réserve ( excepté le manque d’éclairage et de rampe dans l’escalier d’accès à l’étage, problème de sécurité ).- Cleanliness
