Living room. 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin in bedroom). 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds. Bathroom with shower. Separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room with WC. Baby bed and highchair. Underfloor heating on ground floor (heat pump) and electric heating on first floor (extra charge beyond 8 kwh/day). Garage. 4300 m² fenced garden with a variety of bird trees. Parking lot. GR nearby. The Hautes Côtes de Nuits are famous for their production of red berries. 2 Pets allowed. Accommodation not suitable for business stays. Charges and extras: Bed linen: €10 for a single bed and €18 for a double bed - End-of-stay cleaning: €90 - Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay - Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included). Oui, il y a quelques petits travaux à effectués alors que cela fait seulement deux mois qu'il est ouvert, tout cela par le manque de respect de certains clients du gîte et qu'il est très difficile de remettre en état entre deux locations et je ne parle même pas de la durée de vie de l’électroménager (sans commentaire)

Clèm Logement au delà de nos espérances
Nous étions 9 dont 4 couples + 1 bébé + 1 chien. Arrivé au compte goute l'hôte était très disponible pour la remise des clés. Tout s'est bien passé, il nous à partagé quelques adresses selon nos demandes. Maison confortable, agréable et spacieuse. Chambres de la plus modeste à la plus luxueuse très propre.

Stephan Propriétaire très sympathique, bon rapport prix/performance
.Grande maison avec grand jardin clôturé isolé dans les vignes. Dès lors, bonne connexion : 5 minutes en voiture de la boulangerie, 20 minutes du supermarché et de l'autoroute.
