Located 300 m from Lake Chamboux, this house—with its walls made of local stone—is in a prime location for lovers of unspoiled nature. Access to the ground floor via 4–5 steps: open-concept kitchen opening onto a tiled dining room and living room, as well as a terrace facing the garden. Laundry area. Restroom. Wi-Fi connected via fiber-optic internet.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) that can be pushed together, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) (2 single beds pushed together) and 1 pull-out armchair (comfortable extra sleeping space). Bathroom with large shower and toilet. Washer-dryer. Wood-burning stove.
Baby equipment in the holiday cottage: baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, and baby bouncer.
Shared courtyard and 700 m² garden at the back of the holiday cottage, surrounded by periwinkles; not fenced.
Parking. Cabin for children at the back of the garden. The owner allows a maximum of 2 pets for an additional fee of 10€ per stay per pet.
Electric charging point.
Owners live nearby. Unsupervised swimming at Lake Chamboux. Lakes Settons and Saint Agnan are 20 km away. Enjoy lovely walks along the many trails to relax and recharge right on site. Grocery stores, a Market, and a Super U (including a gas station) are 5 km away.
Kitchen linens, bathroom linen, and sheets provided free of charge (beds made on arrival). Firewood available.

Carola A lovely stay in a lovely cottage
We have returned to stay here many times. The cottage is well- equipped, the surroundings are quiet, the nearby lake is beautiful and the location is perfect for getting to know the Morvan. Philippe is an excellent host. What more could you want!

Ruud Een fijne woning waar we alles vonden wat we nodig hadden
Comfortabel huis met goed brandende kachel. Fijne tuin met ligstoelen. Keuken was gemakkelijk in gebruik met afwasmachine. Kruiden, zout, koffie, filters stonden allemaal tot onze beschikking. Bed was opgemaakt en

La maison est très mignonne et fidèle aux photos. Concernant le propriétaire nous ne pouvons pas émettre d'avis car nous ne l'avons vu qu'une dizaine de minutes. Il nous a fait visiter très vite et nous ne l'avons pas revu. Sa fille est arrivée pour récupérer les clés le jour du départ, nous ne l'avons elle aussi vu que quelques minutes.

Je vous remercie pour avoir déposé un avis sur votre séjour et satisfait que le gîte ait répondu à vos attentes. Quant à votre notation, je la trouve en décalage avec la perception des très nombreux vacanciers qui vous ont précédé. Vous semblez avoir oublié les services rendus et les faveurs accordées. (le fauteuil pour personnes à mobilité réduite réceptionné la veille de votre arrivée, les présents déposés à votre attention (vin, confiture et gougères maison) ; le supplément d’électricité non facturé. Quant à l’accueil, je suis resté à votre disposition les premiers jours, mon habitation comme vous l’avez constaté à 20 mètres du gîte.
De votre côté vous avez pris de la liberté avec l’horaire de départ sans en avertir précédemment (11h15 au lieu de 10h) en prévenant en dernière minute que vous ne faisiez pas le ménage, réduisant d’autant au propriétaire le temps consacré à celui-ci. -
