300 m from Lake Chamboux, this house with its local stone walls is ideally located for nature lovers. Access to first floor via 4-5 steps: kitchen opening onto tiled dining room and living room and garden terrace. Laundry area. WC. WIFI connected to fiber.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 twin 80x200 beds and 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed (2 twin 80 beds) and 1 BZ armchair (comfortable extra sleeping space). Bathroom with large shower and toilet. Washing-machine dryer. Wood-burning stove.

Baby equipment in Holiday cottage: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing table and bouncer.

Communal courtyard and 700 m² garden at the rear of the Holiday cottage, surrounded by periwinkle trees, not enclosed.
Parking space. Cabin for Kids at the bottom of the garden. The owner accepts a maximum of 2 pets at an extra charge of €10 per pet per stay.

Owners nearby. Unsupervised swimming at Lake Chamboux. Les Settons and Saint Agnan lakes are 20 km away. Lovely walks along these numerous paths to recharge your batteries.

Bed linen and towels provided free of charge (Beds made on arrival). Wood available.
