The Holiday cottage des Perdreaux is located in the center of the village, in a completely restored old building. You'll fall under the spell of the traditional stone and wood renovation and be seduced by the bold harmony of modern and rustic decoration.

First floor: dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, living room with panoramic stove, separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 pull-out single bed (80cm), bathroom with WC.

The 2 levels provide access to the terrace and 100 m² enclosed garden. Umbrella bed, high chair and Kids bath. Shared parking with an adjoining 3-person Holiday cottage.

Chaignay is a small village of just over 500 souls, ideally nestled in the heart of a magnificent region. The capital of Burgundy, Dijon, is just 20 minutes away. No more than 30 minutes to the Route des Grands Crus at Gevrey-Chambertin, then on to Morey Saint Denis, Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Nearby: Hiking, accrobranches, paintball, motocross, Bèze caves...


Charges and extras : Sheets: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Underfloor and electric heating, electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included). Stere of wood : 30 €. Bed linen rental and cleaning options are compulsory for business bookings.
