Beautiful, detached stone house, semi-detached from the owners, young cereal farmers. Contemporary renovation combines the charm of the old and the modern. First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm). 1 romantic bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Italian-style shower room and separate WC. First floor: large Zen master suite with 1 x 160cm bed, open-plan bathroom with sloped corner bath. Separate WC. Folding bed and high chair available on request. Outside, 40 m² covered terrace and enclosed parking area. Road nearby.
Bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning and heating (pellet boiler) included in rates. In addition: electricity billed according to meter reading (in excess of 8 kwh/day included). Optional: bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Pets not allowed.
This accommodation is not suitable for business stays.
Places to visit: Clos de Vougeot castle, Cîteaux Abbey, the cultural and gastronomic cities of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, with its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Tastings and cellar tours on the Route des Grands Crus.

Maxime Super séjour en Bourgogne
Gite agréable et bien situé. Au calme dans un petit village. Le gîte est très agréable (4 adultes et 2 enfants). Les 2 salle de bain et les 2 wc sont très appréciables. Super gite.

la situation géographique du site est idéale sur la route des vins, tout proche de Dijon.
la région est magnifique, le patrimoine historique riche et la vigne et ses couleurs d'automne

Robin Je dirais que ce gîte est l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons fréquentés ces dernières années.
Le gîte a été soigneusement présenté et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le village de Gerland est merveilleusement calme et nous ne pouvons pas recommander suffisamment ce gîte et le recommanderions certainement à nos amis.
