Just a few minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, in a very quiet, one-way street, very pleasant Holiday cottage FOR 6 PEOPLE with large enclosed garden planted with trees.
A few steps lead up to the Holiday cottage.
Ground floor: kitchen and living room with flat-screen TV, two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, the other with a 160x190cm bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the second floor, the landing leads to two bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm bed and a Baby bed, the other with 3 single 90x190cm beds. Bathroom with bath and WC.
Terrace, barbecue. Baby equipment on request (changing table, bed, bath, high chair). Enclosed parking.
The entire property is non-smoking. Holiday cottage bookable for up to 6 people, including Kids and babies.
Nearby: Dijon, City of Art and History, Cité de la Gastronomie. Shops, restaurants. Emblematic vineyards such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-St-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Clos de Vougeot...
Prices include: bed linen, final cleaning, household linen, oil heating and water.
Electricity (8kw/day included) then billed according to consumption and towels 5€/pers.

VOC Agréable, peu daté
Bien situé pour visiter Dijon (tramway). Cependant, il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire dans le quartier. Le salon et la cuisine sont vieillots (vieux placard, vieux canapé) et il y a un mauvais sent dans la cuisine.
Les salles de bain et les lits sont très confortables. Grand jardin et parking privé: grand plus!
Nous avons été dérangés par de nombreux moustiques, dont de nombreux moustiques tigres !
En résumé : de bonnes chambres, mais avec quelques aménagements la maison serait plus agréable.- Cleanliness

Lycia Belle maison en périphérie de Dijon
La maison est bien spacieuse et fonctionnelle.

Anne-Sophie Excellent séjour dans maison de famille, très bien située.
Maison spacieuse, très propre, au calme. Très bien située par rapport au centre ville de Dijon (10 minutes du tram Arrêt Carraz à pied) et facile d'accès pour aller à Beaune par la route des vins (40 minutes en voiture).Un vaste jardin. Une très belle terrasse abritée avec grande table de jardin. Possibilité de garer les voitures à l'intérieur de la propriété.
