Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. First floor with small sitting area on landing: 3 bright bedrooms, one with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 with 2 x 90cm twin beds. Bathroom with bath and WC. 100 m² courtyard and parking area in front of the house. Shelter for 2 cars in adjoining hangar. Pellet stove. Folding bed and high chair available on request. Tennis court right next to the Holiday cottage, and playground for Kids. Horses can be kept in the meadow.

Numerous restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. Lovely walks in the heart of the vineyards. Dijon, the regional capital, is just 30 minutes away: a city of art and history, and a gastronomic center.
