The Granges Hautes Holiday cottage, located in a quiet part of City, is ideal for bringing families and friends together. You'll find peace and quiet in a renovated stone farmhouse. First floor: living room, dining room, Wifi in the Holiday cottage, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with 3 90cm beds. 2 shower rooms and WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, the 1st with 1 x 160cm bed, the 2nd with 3 x 90cm beds. Shower room, WC. 2 verandas and 2000 m² enclosed garden.
Petanque court. Large asphalt courtyard with gate. Fireplace insert. Baby bed, high chair, changing table, bath, potty. Nearby: for water sports, the Saône is 1 km away with its river port. Forest walks and signposted footpaths. Dole-Tavaux airport 12 km away, Dijon-Longvic 30 km. ATTENTION: no overcapacity, including Kids and babies. Parties are not permitted in the Holiday cottage.
Bed linen provided and bath mat, housekeeping included. Cleaning does not include waste sorting. Pets not allowed.
Charges and extras : Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Gas heating and electricity extra, according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included). The Piscine will be closed for the 2024 season.
When you arrive at the Holiday cottage, you will need to provide a civil liability certificate in the name of the booking contract.

Coutellier le ménage laisse à désirer, les poubelles n'étaient pas vidées, la partie cuisine n'était pas très propre (cuisinière mal nettoyée, hotte aspirante en mauvais état et sale, traces de café sous la cafetière non nettoyée) dans le salon nous avons été obligé de passer l'aspirateur sur les fauteuils, les balais pour les cuvettes des WC sont sales, au niveau du poêle à bois la cendre n'était pas vidée.

Nous avons donc refait le point avec la femme de ménage, afin que cela ne se reproduise pas, et allons dorénavant être plus vigilants.
