On the first floor, the Holiday cottage "l'Erable", classified 4 épis, offers: a beautiful, fully-equipped modern kitchen, with cooking piano, American fridge, multi-function food processor... open onto the living/dining room, with direct access to the terrace. Pellet stove. Library, flat-screen TV with DVD player (DVDs available), Bluetooth speaker. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 second bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed. 1 bathroom with shower. Separate WC. 1 baby bed on request. Reversible air-conditioning. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Swing set.
Holiday cottage "le Pin", located on the 1st floor of the house, offers: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living/dining room, with direct access to terrace. Wood-burning stove. A 2nd sitting area, with high-quality sofa bed, flat-screen TV, home Cinema, DVD player (many DVDs available), Bluetooth speaker and Fire Alexa stick, giving you access to your Netflix, Amazon etc. subscriptions. No access to conventional channels (apart from France Télévision). 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm electric bed. 1 bathroom with shower. Separate WC. 1 Umbrella bed + 1 high chair available. Reversible air-conditioning. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Swing set.
In a separate room in the courtyard, shared by the 2 Holiday cottages: beautiful Zen area including : Spa, sauna and Hammam. Shower and WC. Access to the SPA: 1H30 free / night booked - optional: sauna + hammam: €60 per 2 hours (including SPA). Reservations required with the owner.
Plus: Magnificent Japanese landscaped garden, entirely in bloom, with large pond, pergola and garden furniture, for wonderful moments of relaxation. Secure gated access (Kids are the responsibility of their parents).

Numerous tourist sites nearby, including the pretty medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin, the famous Abbaye de Fontenay (Unesco World Heritage Site) and the MuséoParc d'Alésia. 30 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and Cité de la Gastronomie since May 2022. Less than 1 hour's drive from the Vineyard.
