Large house with 2 renovated Holiday cottages, on 3 hectares of land. Tiled first floor: fitted kitchen opening onto dining room. Bright living room with sofa bed for 2. Separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms with parquet flooring (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90). Shower room. Parking on the property and use of the large shared enclosed grounds with fruit trees. Possibility of renting the 2 Holiday cottages for 10 people. Pets allowed on request only. Ideal location, close to main roads and major tourist attractions. The Holiday cottage is close to a road and a railroad line, but its very good insulation means you can enjoy it without the nuisance.

Charges and extras : Bed linen: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed - End-of-stay cleaning: 50 € - Bathroom linen: 5 € for the stay per person - Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included).
