Beautiful house on the heights of the Dijon mountains, with a breathtaking view of the town and the Jura mountains. Situated e at an altitude of 525 m, it can be reached by an outside stone staircase (65 steps) and has a goods elevator for suitcases and provisions.

The 1st floor features an entrance hall with wood-burning stove. The living room opens directly onto the 30 m² terrace. It features an open fireplace, a dining area and a sitting area with a large sofa. Independent fitted kitchen. On this level, you'll also find a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with a 140cm bed. Separate shower room and WC.

Upstairs: a bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and two single beds. Another bedroom with a 140cm bed and a final bedroom with 4 90cm beds (can be twinned). Bathroom with WC.

Backing onto a large Forest, in a quiet neighborhood, the terrace offers a view of Dijon and the surrounding area, with the Vosges and Jura mountains in the distance.

Secure outdoor area and lawn area for Kids. 2 garages downstairs.

Corcelles-les-Monts is a well-known walking destination for nature-lovers, thanks to its Forest and beautiful views.

Nearby: the famous vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin, Marsannay-la-Côte, Morey-St-Denis, Clos de Vougeot... along the Route des Grands Crus, to Beaune and its Unesco World Heritage Hospices. Just 7 km from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, City of Art and History and City of Gastronomy. Corcelles is also within easy reach of the A38 motorway and the tourist attractions of the Auxois and Ouche valleys.

    Nous avons passé un superbe séjour grâce aux propriétaires qui se sont montrés extrêmement accueillants et conciliants. Le gîte est spacieux et idéalement situé. Parfait pour un week-end entre amis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

    Tolles Haus mit ausreichend Platz für 12 Leute, die tolle Aussicht von der Terasse läd zum regionalem Rotwein ein. Der Herd ist zum kochen für 12 Leute etwas unterdimensioniert,
    Es war umständlich den Schlüssel für das Haus zu bekommen weil die Ansprechpartner nicht erreichbar waren. Alles in Allem toller Urlaub, ich würde es wieder Buchen.

    Grande maison qui correspond à la capacité chacun peut y trouver sa place sans se gêner
    L équipement est au top pour autant de personnes Monte chargé plus que nécessaire et apprécié Pour les escaliers une main courante serait appreciee
    Pour le ménage quelques toiles n ont pas été appréciées par tous
    Quelques torchons vaisselle supplémentaires seraient nécessaire un seul à disposition
    Dans votre lettre d accueil nous avons chercher une deuxième clés en bas revoir peut être la maniere de rédiger une haut une en bas
    Pour les poubelles préciser que les poubelles sont dans les garages en bas et que ceux ci ne nécessite pas de clé pour les ouvrir afin d éviter de les chercher et de déranger le
    propriétaire
    Mais bon séjour avec une vue exeptionnelle

    Très grand gite, avec lits pour tout le monde et même lits bébé si besoin, grand canapé, grande table en extérieur...

    Il y a des interférences entre les demandes/ obligations de gîtes de France et celles de la conciergerie qui gère le gîte.
    Heureusement pour nous les propriétaires adorables et présents dans la régions étaient là pour nous aider.
