Located at an elevation of 525 m, it is accessible via an outdoor stone staircase (65 steps) and features a freight elevator for luggage and groceries.

On the first level of the house is an entryway with a wood-burning stove. The living room opens directly onto the 30 m² terrace. It features an open fireplace, a dining area, and a lounge area with a large sofa. Fully equipped separate kitchen. On this level, you’ll also find one bedroom with a 160-bed and another with a 140-bed. Bathroom and separate toilet.

Upstairs: a bedroom with two single beds and its own en-suite shower room. Another bedroom with a 140-bed, and a third bedroom with four 90-beds (which can be joined together). Bathroom with toilet.

Soundproofing and thermal insulation. Air conditioning.

Backed by a large Forest in a quiet neighborhood, the terrace offers views of Dijon and its surroundings, with the Vosges and Jura mountains visible in the distance.

Secure outdoor areas and a lawn area for kids. Two garages located below.

Corcelles-les-Monts is a popular hiking destination among nature lovers, thanks to its forests and scenic overlook.

Nearby: the renowned vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin, Marsannay-la-Côte, Morey-St-Denis, and the Clos de Vougeot... to explore along the Route des Grands Crus, all the way to Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just 7 km from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, a “City of Art and History” and a “City of Gastronomy.” From Corcelles, you can also easily access the A38 highway and the tourist attractions of the Auxois region and the Ouche Valley.
