Vast kitchen-living room with large bay windows opening onto a 37 m² terrace. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90). The bedrooms have interior and exterior blackout blinds.
En-suite bathroom. WC. Shower room/WC.
Baby equipment on request: bathtub, bottle warmer, changing mat, floor mat.
Private 600 m² garden at the foot of the vineyards. Satellite TV.
Parking: 2 parking spaces. Possibility of recharging an electric car (slow recharging).
Bikes can be stored in the barn. Locked courtyard at night. This accommodation does not accept pets.
Gas central heating, bed linen, towels, housekeeping included. Electricity not included.
Beautiful views over the Vineyards (Chorey, Aloxe-Corton...).
Nearby: Beaune, numerous Hiking trails. Beaune-côté Beach: 14,000 m² of beach, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France, Restaurant.

Ce séjour très agréable correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes de partage en famille
5/5Le gite est vaste, clair et correspond aux photos de présentation sur le site !
J'ai été sensible au soin apporté à la déco et ainsi au talent de la décoratrice,
c'est chaleureux et original (lampes, murs peints, meubles, objets ...)il ya des espaces de rangement dans chaque chambre .
Bravo Chantal !
Les deux espaces distincts (chambres et salle de bains) sont très appréciables en famille .
L'espace cuisine est très bien équipé, central , pratique, convivial .
La vue est superbe où qu on porte le regard !

5/5Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une hospitalité qui nous ont immédiatement mis à l'aise. La maison était impeccable, et chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour assurer notre confort.
