Located on the ground floor, this holiday cottage combines comfort, functionality, and tasteful decor. It features a fully equipped separate kitchen for preparing meals, a bathroom with a toilet, and a cozy living area that includes a lounge space with a TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a welcoming dining area.

Adjacent to the main room is a comfortable first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a second bathroom adjoining the bedroom (accessible via 3 steps), this time equipped with a bathtub.

Upstairs, a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area offers additional sleeping space with a sofa bed (supplement of €15 per night per person for the 5th person). This mezzanine leads to a second bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together.

From the kitchen, you can access a small private terrace with garden furniture and an electric grill, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

Easy and free street parking. Locked and secure garage for bicycles and/or motorcycles.

All inclusive holiday cottage: linen, towels, housekeeping, sheets, heating, and electricity are included. Cleaning supplies are also provided.

Accommodation located in a condominium complex comprising several Holiday cottages. Situated in a quiet area, away from traffic and just a short walk from downtown, you can easily walk to all the tourist sites, Restaurants, and other amenities in downtown Dijon.
