The Holiday cottage ' L'Ecuyer de Bourgogne ' has been built in the outbuildings of an old winegrower's house dating from the 19th century. The first floor of the Holiday cottage includes a fitted kitchen opening onto a large living-dining area, communicating with the courtyard and garden (to the south) and with the car location (to the north).

Behind the kitchen is a pleasant bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Access to the second floor via a wooden staircase leading to a large bedroom with 3 90x200 beds and views over the vineyards. A bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed overlooking the courtyard and garden. Second bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Courtyard with 110 m² enclosed garden. This independent, 2-storey renovation, adjoining the owners' home, combines the comfort and modernity of new construction with the charm of the old: exposed stone exterior walls, as well as an interior wall, while the inner courtyard wall has been rebuilt using timber framing, giving the Holiday cottage remarkable thermal and sound insulation. The site is ideal for walks and hikes, on foot or by mountain bike, along the vineyard paths and through the forest and surrounding coombs.

This accommodation is not suitable for business stays.

Charges and extras :
Bed linen: €14 for a double bed and €20 for a queen-size bed (160x200). End-of-stay cleaning: €90. Bathroom linen: €6 per person per stay. Electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included), at current rate for the period. Gas heating according to daily rate: €13 (shoulder season) or €20 (winter).
