First floor: open-plan living room with dining area, lounge and fitted kitchen. 1st floor: bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. 2nd floor: bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Panoramic terrace overlooking the Hautes Côte de Beaune Vineyard. Unenclosed grounds. Utility room. Parking space. Private Piscine (4.25 m x 2.25) adjoining the terrace, heated from May to September (24°C), weather permitting.
Not suitable for Kids.
All the Holiday cottage's electricity is generated by solar panels. Heating by pellet stove and heat pump.
Holiday cottage air-conditioned by Air Air heat pump.
Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage. Numerous cultural visits within 15 km: Hospices de Beaune, Cascade du Bout du Monde, Halles de Nolay, Autun.... Cycle route 5 km away and Voie Verte, Piscine naturelle in Beaune, accrobranche in Givry, Etangs d'Or in Tailly. Montrachet Vineyard 10 km away and Santenay's Mountain des Trois Croix.
Animals are strictly forbidden.

Prachtig vakantiehuis op een idyllische plaats met een uitzonderlijk uitzicht over de wijngaarden.
5/5Het huis is zeer comfortabel en was ook zeer proper bij aankomst. Mooie slaapkamers met bescheiden maar zeer efficiënte badkamers. Het terras is zo mooi gelegen met het zwembad om s’avond of bij warm weer een duifje te nemen, niet groot maar zeer comfortabel.
Meneer en mevrouw zijn zeer warme mensen en tonen weinig bemoeienis. Wat zeker mag vermeld worden is de grote verscheidenheid aan zangvogels en andere vogels zoals koekoek, Hop, spotvogel .- Cleanliness 5/5
