First floor: open-plan living room with dining area, sitting room and fitted kitchen. 1st floor: bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Panoramic terrace overlooking the Hautes Côte de Beaune Vineyard. Unenclosed grounds. Utility room. Parking space. Private Piscine (4.25 m x 2.25) adjoining the terrace and heated from mid-May to September, depending on weather conditions (24° max.) All electricity for the Holiday cottage is generated by solar panels. Air-conditioned Holiday cottage. Bathroom linen provided. Electric charging station. Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage. Numerous cultural visits within 15 km: Hospices de Beaune, Cascade du Bout du Monde, Halles de Nolay, Autun.... Cycle routes 5 km away and Voie Verte, Piscine naturelle in Beaune, accrobranche in Givry, Etangs d'Or in Tailly. Montrachet Vineyard 10 km away and the Three Crosses Mountain in Santenay. Pets are strictly forbidden. Charges and extras : NO Bed linen and towels included.

Ian et Jackie Mackay d'Édimbourg, en Écosse Le gîte a parfaitement répondu à nos besoins pour nos 3 semaines et nous le recommandons vivement.
Les hôtes sont charmants et nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. Ils ont pu nous aider à améliorer notre français, même si Jackie et moi n'étions pas très compétents, ce qui a été très utile.
Le gîte avait tout le nécessaire pour des vacances reposantes : l'équipement était en parfait état de marche et nous avons rapidement connecté notre ordinateur portable à la télévision, ce qui nous a permis de regarder des programmes non diffusés, mais la plupart de nos abonnements étaient déjà disponibles.
Le gîte est parfait pour 1) des vacances reposantes ou 2) des randonnées sportives. La campagne environnante est composée de douces collines et de pentes raides, idéales pour faire de l'exercice !
Beaune n'est qu'à quinze minutes en voiture d'un bourg animé, et il y a un bon supermarché, plus petit mais plus que suffisant, à Nolay.- Cleanliness

Detlev Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!
Juli 2025: Tolle Aussicht, extrem ruhige Lage, angenehmes Ambiente. In einigen Kilometern Entfernung starten schöne Radwege, der Anstieg zum Haus ist mit einem E-Bike aber auch noch gut zu schaffen. Restaurants sind den Nachbarorten zu finden, nächster Supermarkt und Bäcker in Nolay, ca. 5 km.

Judith Another wonderful holiday- our second visit to this gite. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Attentive and careful to ensure we had the perfect trip. The house was well equipped and very comfortable and we loved the pool. The location is excellent. Near Beaune but quiet with lots of walking routes available without needing to drive. We will definitely return.
