By choosing to stay in this 18th-century Holiday cottage, you'll be immersed in a place steeped in history, where the key words are authenticity, comfort and refinement...You'll be ideally located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, facing the Château. L'Echoppe Est Belle and La Seigneurie (H21G028271 and H21H030030) merge to create a single large Holiday cottage with a total capacity of 13 people (2 extra beds available on request - maximum 15 people).

Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen with stove, appliances, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, etc. Living room with flat-screen TV and a large 26m2 bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.
Upstairs, the landing leads on one side to 2 interconnecting bedrooms, one of which is 30 m2 with a very attractive shower room and separate WC, and an alcove with a quality convertible sofa (140x190cm) and a desk. On the other side, a fourth bedroom (terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams), with en-suite shower room and direct access to a small terrace.
All bedrooms are spacious, with queen-size beds (160x200cm) and flat-screen TVs.

On the second floor, the 100m2 Holiday cottage La Seigneurie features a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, Nespresso, etc.) and flat-screen TV.

2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other, with its high ceilings and beams, features a 160x200cm double bed. Tiled floor, lovely view of the Château.
And to top it all off, you'll have access (via a few steps) to an extraordinary bathroom, made of Burgundy stone. Bath, double walk-in shower, double washbasin and separate WC.

The combination of noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone and terracotta tiles and modernity make this accommodation unique.

All-inclusive Holiday cottage: heating, electricity, bathroom linen, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets allowed (€8/pet/night with pet deposit: €200).
