In the heart of the Morvan regional nature park, Tournesac is a renovated former mill on the edge of a 3-hectare private pond, a river and the Forest. It comprises 2 Holiday cottages, which can be rented separately or together. Gîte 9 is the most authentic part of the building, with terracotta floor tiles, French ceilings, fireplace and original cement floor tiles.

The first floor comprises a dining room with fitted kitchen, a beautiful living room with closed hearth fireplace, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room can accommodate an additional 2 people on a sofa bed.
Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a bedroom with 3 90cm beds, 2 of which can be twinned. Bathroom with WC. Holiday cottage 6 is more contemporary. It is located on the 2nd floor in the former attic and has its own entrance accessed by an outside staircase, with a lovely private terrace overlooking the pond.
It comprises a large 48 m² living room with dining area, lounge and fitted kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 twin beds (90cm), one with a 160cm bed, a shower room with WC and a bathroom. An interior staircase links the 2 Holiday cottages together. Baby bed and high chair.
9-hectare grounds with courtyard, parking, garden and access to pond. Terrace in front of the mill, picnic table and beautiful wooden terrace by the pond. No-kill fishing authorized with loan of a boat. 2 pets allowed at a supplement of €20 per stay.
Tournesac owes its name to the river that runs through the property. Kids must remain under their parents' supervision during their stay, as there are streams nearby. Hiking in the surrounding forests. Saulieu: the gastronomic home of Maison Loiseau. Nearby swimming, fishing and water sports: Lake Chamboux and Lac des Settons.
Heating oil, water and electricity included in rates.
Charges and extras :
Bed linen: 7 € for a single bed and for a double bed.
End-of-stay cleaning: €160
Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay.

Une semaine en famille , nous avions loué les 2 gites. Ce fut parfait, chacun a trouvé à la fois des moments de calme sur les transats ; les plaisirs de la pêche mais aussi des moments de partage tant autour du baby-foot, ping pong qu en partie de pétanque.
Les enfants ont adorés les jeux en bois et le trampoline. Le gite est bien équipé, les literies très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par des hôtes attentifs et nous reviendrons avec plaisir .- Cleanliness

Adeline Séjour exceptionnel pour déconnecter
Entre la qualité des prestations du gîte, sa propreté irréprochable et une météo idéale, notre week-end entre amis a été tout simplement parfait.
Je recommande vivement ce logement où tout est pensé pour le confort, avec une multitude d’équipements sans jamais compromettre la qualité.

Edith Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe gîte, nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants et ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l'étroit. Gite très propre et très bien équipé, trampoline, ping pong et autre jeux dehors, et balades en barque sur le lac qui a réjouit petits et grands! Clou de la location : un superbe sapin de Noël était installé pour notre arrivée (et nous avons même eu de la neige à Noël :-)) !!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte, la région étant également très belle.

Dietmar Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Le Tournesac.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ruhig an einem kleinen See. Es ist gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Bruno Superbe bâtisse dans un cadre naturel
Nous avons l’habitude de passer deux week-End par an avec un groupe de 13 personnes. Pour moi c’est l’un des gîtes qui correspond le mieux à ce que nous recherchons. Une belle maison ancienne, bien rénovée, dans un cadre naturel et calme. Nous avons apprécié les équipements intérieurs, la disposition qui permet de se rassembler, ou de s’isoler. L’ étang est un vrai plus, tant sur le plan des activités qu’il offre ( pêche, canotage, farniente sur les transats..) que par l’ambiance de sérénité qu’il dégage.
Les autres équipements permettent à tous d’y trouver leur compte ( pétanque, ping-pong,..etc…). Bref un endroit simple pour les amoureux de la nature. On s’y sent tellement bien que l’on a pas envie d’y bouger.
