LE SPA BEAUNOIS Hello & Welcome to our spacious 200 m² farmhouse, fully renovated to retain its old-world charm, but with a modern touch. Ideally located in the village of RUFFEY-LES-BEAUNE, just a few minutes from BEAUNE (less than 10 min by car). After a day of sightseeing and wine-tasting, come and enjoy the in-house Spa with whirlpool bath and sauna, or the outdoor area.

6 km from Beaune, in a quiet village: Our spacious, detached house is spread over 2 levels, offering you all the comfort (reversible air-conditioning) and peace and quiet you need for your stay.
With a capacity of 12 people, it is laid out as follows: Outside: As you enter the property, you'll find 2 outside areas: On the left, a dining area with a barbecue sheltered by a comfortable arbor in hot weather On the right, a wooded garden with a pétanque or gaming area The house: On the first floor: As you enter the house, you'll discover the 40 m2 air-conditioned living/dining area. The living area is equipped with a 4K connected TV, a masonry heater and a wifi box. The dining area features a large table with seating for 12. The living/dining area is extended by 3 areas: - A 30 m2 open kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining area via a large bay window.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas piano, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and Nespresso, microwave and all 1st necessity utensils.

- A SPA area adjoins the kitchen, with a whirlpool bath, sauna, shower and deckchairs for your comfort and relaxation. The spa rules are available for your perusal. If you fail to comply with the rules (if the water in the jacuzzi needs changing after your stay), you may be charged 500 euros. - A well-equipped gaming room: games table with billiards, table soccer, table tennis, etc. (accessible to children). (Finally, adjoining the games room is a corridor leading to a bathroom with walk-in shower, double basins and separate WC, as well as a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs: the house's 6 bedrooms, ranging in size from 10 to 15 m², are equipped with storage space, a washing machine and a dryer. They are equipped with storage space, a 160x200 cm bed and independently controlled air-conditioning in each room. 2 bathrooms are at your disposal, each with double sinks, WC and a bathtub / or walk-in shower.
In the center of the first floor, you'll find a large dressing room for storing your personal belongings, as well as appliances such as crepe makers, raclette and fondue machines, to enhance your evenings out with friends or family. Close to Beaune and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and its Cité des Climats. Numerous events all year round: Detective Film Festival, Baroque Music Festival and Hospices Wine Sale on the 3rd weekend in November... Restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. Hiking in the vineyards, strolls along the ramparts or through the Parc de la Bouzaise, cycle routes through the Vineyard. Also worth discovering on the Route des Grands Crus, also classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site, are the renowned wine villages of Meursault, Pommard, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet, Savigny les Beaune and Corton ..... The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR). The house is entirely non-smoking (smoking in the accommodation will incur an additional €300 charge). For the comfort of neighbors, the house is equipped with noise detectors. Please respect the hours for the pétanque court: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
From 10:00 pm onwards, outdoor noise pollution must be stopped. We advise you to continue your festivities indoors, for your own peace and that of your neighbors. Additional services available on request and charged for: - Beer tap with 6-liter keg (between 35 and 50 euros per keg, depending on the type of beer) - Bottles of wine (price depending on the estate) - Outdoor electrical outlet for recharging vehicles.
