Halfway between Troyes, Chaumont and Dijon, "Le repaire de la Chouette" in Bissey la Côte is an excellent place to set up home.

This house, in the heart of the village, has been completely renovated in a style that blends old-world charm with contemporary trends, and is located on the Crémant road in the Haute Côte-d'Or region, a stone's throw from the Champagne vineyards and Forest National Park.
On the ground floor, a large, modern and functional fitted kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of storage space. Separate WC.
A few steps lead up to the magnificent, light-filled living room with bay window giving direct access to the fully enclosed terrace/garden (garden furniture and barbecue). Dining area and sitting area with wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Exposed beams and stonework take center stage.

Upstairs, an open-plan mezzanine with reading area and a second mezzanine with flat-screen TV, games and sofa.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms on the 1st floor, each with 2 twin beds (90x200 cm) and a private shower room. Separate WC. On the 2nd floor, a third bedroom, each with 3 beds 90x200cm and a walk-in shower.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Enclosed grounds. Enclosed parking for 2 cars. Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat). Numerous board games. Pancake and raclette appliances on site.
