In a quiet Auxois village, the Holiday cottage "Le Renouilly" is the ideal place to stay with family or friends. Set in a large enclosed plot of over 3,000 m², this large, contemporary, fully renovated house offers: first floor: beautiful, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto living/dining room.
Direct access to terrace. TV, wifi, DVD player. 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 shower/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, Italian shower, 1 separate toilet.
First floor: 1 sitting area on landing, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm trundle bed, 1 bathroom with bath and Italian shower, 1 separate WC, 2 interconnecting bedrooms: 1 with 1 x 140 cm bed and 1 with 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm trundle bed.
Plenty of storage space. 3 extra beds available (€10/night/extra person, payable on site). Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, potty. Maximum 1 pet allowed. For business stays: 7 people maximum.
Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, large outdoor table for 12 people, deckchairs and barbecue, 4x8 m (1.5 m deep) heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to end of September, weather permitting. 6-seater Spa on terrace, open all year round. Swing set. Garage. Possibility of storing bicycles.
Nearby: shops in Epoisses 3 km away, famous for its famous cheese. The medieval town of Semur en Auxois, MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey and Vézelay Basilica (both Unesco World Heritage sites), Thil, Bussy Rabutin and Epoisses castles, Buffon's Forges, Arcy sur Cure caves, Flavigny sur Ozerain (one of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its aniseed and Auxois wine), etc. Numerous hiking trails. Swimming and leisure activities at Lake Pont.

Cécile Nous avons passé un super séjour, accueil chaleureux de Catherine et Thomas. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très agréable, parfaite pour un séjour entre amis ou famille avec des enfants. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Catherine et Thomas ont été également très flexibles sur les horaires afin que nous puissions profiter pleinement du week-end! Encore merci!

Emmanuelle Superbe séjour, gite parfait pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis et/ou visiter la région
Nous avons passé 3 jours fantastiques entre amis dans le gite Le Renouilly. La maison est magnifiquement décorée, spacieuse, très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable. Un havre de paix qui invite à la détente. On a adoré profiter du grand jardin (parfait pour le molki, le yoga ...) avec sa piscine et son grand jacuzzi. Les activités à proximité ne manquent pas (château d'Epoisses, Semur en Auxois, Flavigny, Alesia ...etc.). Cerise sur le gâteau : Super accueil des hôtes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Leah Super weekend entre amis
Le gîte de Christine et Thomas est très agréable ! Ils ont été très accueillants, le gite était parfait et très propre. La maison est grande, nous y avons séjourné à 3 familles (4 enfants), et nous avions tous de la place. Les jeux extérieurs pour les enfants sont un plus, et la piscine chauffée était super ! La literie est excellente, et la maison est très bien équipée - les hôtes sont à disposition pour toutes questions ou éléments en plus (l'ajout des barrières d'escaliers étaient une superbe attention, merci !).
Christine et Thomas ont été super réactifs pour nous accueillir un peu à la dernière minute, merci à eux ! nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !- Cleanliness
