In a small, quiet, and peaceful village, 10 minutes from Pouilly-en-Auxois, the holiday cottage “Le Refuge de Coccinette,” a new, detached, single-story bungalow, offers: a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, with a wood-pellet stove, a sleeper sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, a pantry with a washing machine, direct access to the terrace, 1 wheelchair-accessible bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, shower seat, and toilet with a grab bar, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed (and a 90 cm bunk bed as an extra bed, not suitable for kids under 6 years old). Plenty of games and toys for kids.

Terrace and garden at the back of the holiday cottage (enclosed property), with patio furniture, barbecue, swing, lounge chairs… and parking. 2 private, unenclosed parking spaces at the front. Outdoor areas currently under development (as of March 1, 2026).

Nearby: Alésia Museum Park, Fontenay Abbey, Bussy-Rabutin Castle, the Forges de Buffon, the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, and the Burgundy Canal. Highway exit 8 km away.
