Le P'tit Batt

In a pretty, quiet, flower-filled hamlet in the Burgundy countryside, right next to a Group holiday cottage, the "P'tit Batt" is a cosy studio adapted for people with reduced mobility. Access via a wheelchair-accessible path: first floor: living room with 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 small fully-equipped kitchen, 1 folding table, 1 PRM shower room with large Italian shower (grab bar, seat) and WC. Upstairs (accessed via a steep staircase): 1 mezzanine with a 2-seater sofa-bed. Baby equipment available on request. Electric heating. No shutters (not suitable for people sleeping in total darkness). Private parking. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared laundry room a few meters from Holiday cottage (with 2 small and one large cottage .) Electric heating included.

Grosbois reservoir 10 minutes away (Swimming, Fishing) green environment with Forest and marked Hiking trails. Ozerain valley. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Flavigny sur Ozerain, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Château de Bussy Rabutin. Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage site. 24 km from the Dijon-Prenois racetrack. Golf de Chassagne in Malain. Climbing at Saffres.
