In the heart of a hamlet in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, we offer you an old manor house dating from 1903, which has kept its historic character, but has also been renovated with quality materials, on a beautifully landscaped plot of 1500 m² and benefiting from numerous leisure facilities to spend pleasant moments with the family. You'll be right in the center of the destination chosen by "the world". Le Morvan has just been named Europe's best vacation destination for 2022. It's a long-awaited and well-deserved award for this region in the heart of Burgundy, a place still untouched by the big tourist complexes. Independent, single-storey Holiday cottage with 3 steps to entrance. Living room with fitted kitchen and dining area. Comfortable living room with fireplace. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). One bedroom with a 130cm bed (suitable for 2 Kids) and 2 90cm beds. A bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and WC. 2nd independent WC. Baby bed, high chair, changing table and bath seat.

For the enjoyment of kids and adults alike, the outbuildings have been converted into heated gaming rooms (10-kilo pellet bags optional) with, in the stable, games for kids, rowing machine, exercise bike, darts and table soccer, with the possibility of convivial family meals, in the shade in summer and warm in winter; and in the barn, ping-pong table, large trampoline, basketball hoop, indoor and outdoor archery safe for kids. Pets not allowed.

Installation of a 36kwc photovoltaic roof, making the Holiday cottage self-sufficient and providing electricity for 10 additional houses. Creation of a fountain with luminous waterfalls at night. For the toddlers, a pretty little caravan made by us. Finally, the pergola with mosquito net in the middle of the lawn on the terrace, for aperitifs or relaxation.

Covered shed for 2 to 3 cars. Beautiful enclosed grounds and garden with swing, slide and petanque area for the whole family.

Semi-buried heated Piscine measuring 4.90 x 3 m, 1.20 m deep, open from May 15 to September (weather permitting) and secured by a closed enclosure. Direct access to the Spa, optional with the owner: 160€ /week - 60€/WE. Instructions for use and safety posted on site. (open all year round)

Gas heating, wood heating, electricity, bed linen and final cleaning included in rates.
Charges and extras : Bathroom linen hire: €5 per person for the stay.

Saulieu, gastronomic capital of the Morvan. Arnay-le-Duc, Maison Régionale des Arts de la Table and Etang Fouché. Autun, cathedral and Gallo-Roman remains.
