In the heart of a hamlet in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, we offer you an old manor house dating from 1903, which has kept its historic character, but has also been renovated with quality materials, on a beautifully landscaped plot of 1500 m² and benefiting from numerous leisure facilities to spend pleasant moments with the family. You'll be right in the center of the destination chosen by "the world". Le Morvan has just been named Europe's best vacation destination for 2022. It's a long-awaited and well-deserved award for this region in the heart of Burgundy, a place still untouched by the big tourist complexes. Independent, single-storey Holiday cottage with 3 steps to entrance. Living room with fitted kitchen and dining area. Comfortable living room with fireplace. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). One bedroom with a 130cm bed (suitable for 2 Kids) and 2 90cm beds. A bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and WC. 2nd independent WC. Baby bed, high chair, changing table and bath seat.

For the enjoyment of kids and adults alike, the outbuildings have been converted into heated gaming rooms (10-kilo pellet bags optional) with, in the stable, games for kids, rowing machine, exercise bike, darts and table soccer, with the possibility of convivial family meals, in the shade in summer and warm in winter; and in the barn, ping-pong table, large trampoline, basketball hoop, indoor and outdoor archery safe for kids. Pets not allowed.
Installation of a 36kwc photovoltaic roof, making the Holiday cottage self-sufficient and providing electricity for 10 additional houses. Creation of a fountain with luminous waterfalls at night. For the toddlers, a pretty little caravan made by us. Finally, the pergola with mosquito net in the middle of the lawn on the terrace, for aperitifs or relaxation.
Covered shed for 2 to 3 cars. Beautiful enclosed grounds and garden with swing, slide and petanque area for the whole family.
Semi-buried heated Piscine measuring 4.90 x 3 m, 1.20 m deep, open from May 15 to September (weather permitting) and secured by a closed enclosure. Direct access to the Spa, optional with the owner: 160€ /week - 60€/WE. Instructions for use and safety posted on site. (open all year round)
Gas heating, wood heating, electricity, bed linen and final cleaning included in rates.
Charges and extras : Bathroom linen hire: €5 per person for the stay.
Close to the great Morvan lakes and rivers (Lac des Settons and Lac Chamboux). Numerous marked hiking trails. Castles, historic sites and numerous events throughout the summer. Saulieu, gastronomic capital of the Morvan. Arnay-le-Duc, Maison Régionale des Arts de la Table and Etang Fouché. Autun, cathedral and Gallo-Roman remains.

Aangenaam verblijf
4/5We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in het huisje. Het is voorzien van al wat je nodig hebt. Zeker de loods met allerlei speeltuigen (trampoline, pingpongtafel, …) is een leuke extra. Ook het zwembad is super en aangenaam warm. Auto opladen lukt er ook. De winkels zijn op een doenbare afstand (kleine 10 min rijden met de auto). Wij hadden wat pech met het weer waardoor we niet zo veel konden gaan fietsen als we van plan waren. Er zijn leuke alternatieven. Alleen op vlak van wandelen bleven wij ietwat op onze honger zitten.

Séjour agréable, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au gîte , il est équipé de tout le nécessaire . Les dépendances avec tous les équipements nécessaires ( table de ping pong,trampoling, basket , tir à l arc , rameur , vélo d appartement , etc .la piscine est agréable et bien chauffée. Le plus pour recharger la voiture électrique , les commerces à 10 mn . Météo difficile cette semaine , avions prévu les vélos ,

Semaine de détente totale dans ce gîte où tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien !
5/5Les propriétaires sont accueillants et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes, tout en sachant rester discrets.
Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin.
Quant aux extérieurs, ils ont été parfaitement aménagés avec le coin piscine, le coin détente (avec hamac, transat, salon de jardin), et le coin jeu avec un super terrain de pétanque et des balançoires pour les enfants. Et quel calme !
Enfin, la grange a été extrêmement bien pensée, scindée en 2 parties, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour s’amuser : basket, trampoline, ping-pong, badminton, fléchettes, tir à l’arc, baby-foot, rameur et vélo d’appartement…. Bref, des heures d’amusement garanties, même en cas de mauvais temps.
Quant à la situation géographique du gîte, il est tout près de Saulieu où l’on y trouve des commerces et un supermarché. Pour les visites, plusieurs jolies balades sont à faire dans les environs, sans avoir à faire de trop longs trajets en voiture.
Pour conclure, nous recommandons ce gîte, idéal pour des vacances reposantes et récréatives en famille !- Cleanliness 5/5

Un havre de paix pour les familles
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce gîte. Malgré la canicule, il ne faisait pas chaud dans la maison et la piscine ainsi que la grange avec tous les jeux ont permis de pouvoir se divertir tout en restant au frais. La région est très belle et on y mange si bien!

5/5Séjour super agréable dans un gîte très spacieux, situé au calme, très bien équipé, rien ne manque. De plus, les prestations de loisirs sont au top, les enfants peuvent jouer et s'éclater en toute sécurité, même avec la piscine. Pour les adultes, les parties de pétanque après le dîner sont très agréables. Les espaces extérieurs sont très soignés et fleuris. Merci à Brigitte pour son excellent accueil. Adresse à retenir.
