First floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with wood-burning stove opening onto large terrace, laundry room, toilet.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, the 1st with a 160cm bed and 1 90cm bed. 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds (90cm), 1 baby bed. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet. Electric heating.

Enclosed private parking, courtyard and garden. 2 grassed terraces. Pets not allowed.

Panoramic view of the wooded Morvan hills and Serein valley, south-facing. 1000 m² grounds. Table tennis. Castles of Époisses, Vauban, Abbeys of Fontenay, La Pierre qui Vire, listed villages of Vézelay, Noyers sur Serein, Flavigny, Semur en Auxois, Avallon, Saulieu.

Charges and extras : Bed linen: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €60. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Heating, electricity (8 kwh included/day). Wood available for stove.
