If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll be delighted with this single-storey accommodation. The 32 m2 living room features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge with flat-screen TV. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (one for 2 people with a 180x200cm bed or 2 90x200cm beds, the other with a 160x200cm bed or two 80x200cm beds). Each has its own private bathroom with toilet. Separate WC/hand-washing facilities in the entrance hallway. You'll enjoy your own 60 m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. To top it all off, you'll have access to a 6.5x12 m Piscine shared with the occupants of two other Holiday cottages, heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a fence. Pont et Massène is a pretty Auxois village just a few minutes from the freeway exit. It's a lively village in season, with the Pont Lake: swimming beach, children's playground, water sports center, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the Holiday cottage, it's a short walk to the lake. There's also a 12 km Hiking trail around the lake, and the medieval town of Semur, 4 km away, offers shops and services and is a living testimony to its rich past. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses and Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay (Unesco heritage site), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of France's most beautiful villages.
