In Nuits-Saint-Georges, a village renowned for its wines, just a short walk from the train station (no noise disturbances) and the town center, the "Le Petit Vigneron" holiday cottage—located next to the owners’ vineyard—offers you: On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, with direct access to the terrace and garden; 1 laundry room with a washing machine; 1 separate restroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a Bed 160 x 200 cm; 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200cm beds that can be joined together; 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Reversible air conditioning. Umbrella bed and high chair available upon request. Outside: At the front of the holiday cottage, a large courtyard enclosed by a gate, with parking for up to 6 cars. At the back: a large terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and a 6-person Spa.
