In the heart of the prestigious Vineyard of Meursault, detached Holiday cottage with breathtaking vineyard views. First floor: veranda for meals, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with large shower, reading or gaming room and closet, separate toilet. The bedrooms are on either side of the house, each served by a comfortable staircase. The 1st bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) is located above the living room. The second (bed 160) has a private terrace overlooking the Vineyard and a mezzanine reading area accessible by a miller's ladder. Parking in the 80 m² enclosed courtyard, garage and 135 m² enclosed garden with terrace, bicycles available. Meursault is the ideal destination for a taste of Burgundy's art of living: its château, its famous glazed-tile Hôtel de City, used for the Kommandantur scene in the cult film La Grande Vadrouille, its Bouzine exhibition, its restaurants, its tasting cellars, its famous events: Mai musical, Bach à Bacchus festival in July, Fête du train, Téléthon village in 2026 etc... Hiking in the Vineyard. Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, with its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A lively city with events all year round: wine sales, Baroque music festivals, Cours Eaux Jardins and numerous summer events. Cycle route through the Vineyard from Beaune to Santenay.
