Le petit Moulin de la Motte

Between Dijon and the gates of the Morvan, a stone's throw from the Burgundy canal and Pouilly en Auxois, Holiday cottage Le Moulin opens its doors to you in the heart of the farm. Damien and Sonia will be delighted to share their farming experience with you, in the company of their chickens who may come to visit you!

This single-storey Holiday cottage comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with a 2/3-person sofa and a dining table that can seat up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and an open-plan shower room with washbasin and walk-in shower. Separate WC, accessible from the living room. Washing machine available. Baby bed and high chair available on request. The sofa converts into a bed for 2 in the living room. Please contact the Gîtes de France® booking agency or the owners if you wish to use this extra bed.

A terrace adjoins the living room, with garden furniture for 4 people and 2 sun loungers. A plancha grill is also available. The Holiday cottage also includes a 400 m² garden overlooking a small river and a pond. Please note that the river and pond are not secured. It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure the safety of the outdoor area in the presence of young Kids.
A ping-pong table, a dart board and a pétanque court are available, shared with the 10-person Holiday cottage.

Ample private parking is available at the farm entrance. The Holiday cottage also includes a small cellar for storing bicycles.

All inclusive (except tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity and heating. Holiday cottage sleeps 10 on the property.

Le Moulin Holiday cottage is ideally located 3 km from the Burgundy canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly Golf course, 10 km from the Auxois racetrack and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 min from the castles of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin and 30 min from the MuséoParc Alésia. Kids' play area and soccer pitch in the village, 50 m from the Holiday cottage.
