Tastefully renovated character house with independent access, comprising 2 Holiday cottages separated by a barn, arranged on ground and 1st floors.

First floor: kitchen opening onto covered terrace not overlooked, living room with wood-burning stove. Wood basket offered for Christmas and New Year's Day.
1 bedroom with old terracotta floor tiles, 1 double bed (140cm). Separate shower room and WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with parquet flooring, 1 double bed (140) and 2 single beds (90). Bathroom and separate WC.

500 m² enclosed courtyard and 800 m² unenclosed shared garden with gantry for the 2 Holiday cottages. Beautiful private terrace not overlooked. Parking space. Covered shed. Shared tumble dryer. Baby bed, changing mat, bath and high chair. The 2 Holiday cottages (21G701 and 21G702) can be rented together for 18 people.

Pets not allowed.

Bikes can be stored in the porch adjoining the Holiday cottage. 3 spaces adjacent to the Holiday cottage, 2 spaces in front of the farmer's shed. Sunday departures are possible until 4pm.

Le Plain d'Ahuy , a hamlet of 3 houses, borders the Suzon valley, a listed site, surrounded by forests full of game, crossed by marked footpaths and accessible by mountain bike. Walkers, sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike will enjoy this relaxing setting. The Val Suzon forest is classified as an exceptional Forest.

This Holiday cottage is not suitable for business stays.
