Set in a former winegrower's house in the heart of the famous Puligny-Montrachet vineyards, Le Patio offers 3 beautiful apartments entirely renovated with top-of-the-range materials.
Holiday cottage Les Folatières is located on the 1st floor and features a dining room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area. The bedroom is a duplex on the first floor, with a 160x200 bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower.
First floor: shared entrance and laundry room with the other 2 Holiday cottages. They can be rented together for a total of 10 people.
Reversible air-conditioning. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, heating and electricity included in the price.
External charging point available for electric cars (extra charge according to consumption). Enclosed bicycle garage with power socket. Free public parking lot a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage. Arrival Beach from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, departure maximum 10:00 am. No outdoor space.
Nearby: numerous wine-tasting cellars and restaurants in the commune. La Voie des Vignes cycle route, from Beaune to Santenay. Hiking in the Vineyard. Just a few kilometers away, Beaune, the wine capital, internationally renowned for its famous Hospices, also listed by UNESCO. Events all year round: Cinema, Baroque Music, Garden Festivals... Also worth a visit on the Route des Grands Crus are other renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet... Beaune Beach: 14,000 m² of beach, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France.

Valou et Fredou Très bon séjour de 3 nuits. Idéal pour circuiter à vélo dans la région.
Gîte bien conçu, confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Propreté irréprochable. Denis et Valérie sont des hôtes charmants, à la fois discrets mais présents pour nous guider et nous donner des infos et conseils de toutes sortes. Le local vélo avec prise électrique est vraiment un plus très appréciable. Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à plusieurs en louant les autres gîtes.

Adélie Petit cocon dans les vignes
Le gîte était parfait pour notre séjour, extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Denis et Valérie nous ont bien accueillies et donner plein de conseils pour profiter des alentours. La cave pour stocker les vélos est vraiment pratique et permet de les recharger sans soucis. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nathalie et Alain Superbe logement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Propreté irréprochable. Équipements au top. Propriétaires super accueillants, pleins de bons conseils. Situation à Puligny sur la route des vignes donc parfait pour la ballade en vélo
