Located in a small village in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Countryside, the Holiday cottage "Le panorama des Hautes-Côtes" will surprise you with its exceptional view of the vineyards.
Access to the Holiday cottage via a staircase: on the main level: 1 fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace with uninterrupted views over the Vineyard, 1 large living room with corner sofa, flat-screen TV, 1 shower room, separate toilet.
On the lower level, a beautiful stone dining room with exposed beams.
On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 140 cm bed, the other with 2 x 90 cm beds (twin) + 1 single bed (90 cm). 1 separate WC. 1 Umbrella bed available. Deckchairs, garden furniture, plancha. Laundry room with washing machine in basement.
Enclosed courtyard with electric gate. Pets not allowed.
All inclusive Holiday cottage: bed linen, cleaning, towels, heating and electricity included.
Nearby: mountain bike and cycle routes in Pernand-Vergelesses. Possibility of wine tastings at nearby winegrowers. All shops in Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges, renowned for their wines, as well as the many villages along the Burgundy "Route des Grands Crus". The Hospices de Beaune, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and Cité de la Gastronomie, rich in cultural heritage and Museums (archaeology, fine arts...). Burgundy Canal 15 km away.

SERGE Week end de la Pentecôte
Gîte très bien aménagé avec goût et très propre. Superbe panorama à 360° sur la campagne bourguignonne et les vignes avec la mélodie des oiseaux en supplément.
Propriétaires accueillants, à l'écoute et disponibles.
Nous le recommandons vivement sauf aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer car gîte sur 3 niveaux avec des escaliers pas très larges (Habitation ancienne très bien et récemment rénovée).- Cleanliness

Estelle Super séjour en famille dans ce gîte accueillant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Christelle et Xavier. Maison spacieuse, équipée, confortable. Un spectacle pour les yeux de profiter de la vue panoramique sur les vignes et la région.

Jean-François Un gîte vaste, confortable et lumineux face à un superbe panorama
Je me souviendrai du lever de soleil en février en arrière de l'alignement de pins sur la colline d'en face, signal d'un proche départ vers de belles randonnées (falaises d'Arcenant, butte de Vergy, vignobles de Pernand) ou visites de villes (Beaune est à deux pas et Dijon pas très loin). Ce gîte forme un excellent camp de base.

CROUZET Jean et Véronique Notre séjour a été trop bref .. Un gîte confortable avec une situation géographique parfaite .. Le seul bémol pour des personnes plus âgées le gîte est sur 3 étages .. les escaliers étaient très raides.. Le faire remarquer aux prochains touristes.. Les propriétaires à notre service et très acceuillants ...
