This property is located in the national park of the Champagne and Burgundy Forests, between the vineyards of Chablis and Beaune, just 1h30 from Paris, and 5 minutes from all the shops in Chatillon sur Seine. This 230m2 detached mill has been completely restored, where the old and the new blend harmoniously.

Its bucolic riverside exterior features a secure courtyard and 700m² enclosed garden, surrounded by the Seine and meadows, with a spillway dam to delight adults, children and pets alike.

You'll enjoy a first terrace overlooking the river arm and a second terrace opening onto nature with a Spa and sauna.

First floor: A large, fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with a billiard table, an open fireplace (wood provided) and a musical piano give this place a very special atmosphere. A shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete this first level. Satellite TV with international channels and high-speed wifi enable Telework.

Upstairs: a bedroom suite (bed 160 x 200) with private shower room and WC, 2 bedrooms each with a bed 160X200, a large bedroom with 4 beds 90 x 200, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC can accommodate 10 people. Extra bed available on request.

For families with babies, an Umbrella bed, changing table, bathtub and high chair are available.

There's also a ping pong table, table soccer, rowing boat, boules, games, etc., and bike hire on site.

Utilities included: water, electricity, bed linen and towels, household linen, heating, firewood, cleaning, access to wellness area. Paying pet: €7 per pet per day

Enjoy walks in the "Entre Champagne et Bourgogne" deciduous Forest National Park or in the Countryside, at the Douix springs. Mountain bike trails and Hiking circuits. Nearby: Fontenay Abbey, Unesco World Heritage Site, former Cistercian Abbey of Val des Choues, Musée du Châtillonnais and its Trésor de Vix, Ampélopsis wine center, Saint Vorles Romanesque church in Châtillon. Remarks :
For your safety, in the event of several consecutive days of negative temperatures, access to the Spa may be closed (mainly in January and February).

Electric cars will be charged according to the meter reading at the charging station. Prices are indicated in the welcome booklet.
