Le Moulin de la Motte 12 personnes

Le Moulin de la Motte consists of two adjoining Holiday cottages in a restored 19th-century farmhouse that can accommodate up to 12 people together. Damien and Sonia, farmers by trade, have preserved the charm of this building, blending authenticity and modernity. Wide open to the surrounding countryside, it offers a privileged setting for rest and relaxation in the heart of a hilly region.

In the 10-person Holiday cottage, you'll find on the ground floor: spacious entrance hall with cupboard space, fully-equipped kitchen and large living/dining room. Flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Toilets. Board games.
Upstairs: 4 comfortable bedrooms in soft colors, two for 3 people (one 140cm bed and one single bed) and two for 2 people, one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed. Large bathroom with corner bath. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC.

In the 2-person single-storey Holiday cottage, located in the extension, you'll find a kitchen opening onto the living room with sofa and dining table. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, and a bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. The WC is independent and accessible from the living room. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Baby bed and high chair available on request.


All inclusive (except tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, wood and heating.

Two large terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Sports hall in an enclosed barn, with, in one room of the barn: ping-pong table, darts board, boxing bag and in another room of 150 m2: tennis wall, badminton net, soccer cages, wall-mounted adjustable basketball hoop.

Unenclosed grounds. Pond and stream on property not secured. Tenants are responsible for the safety of the outdoor area in the presence of young Kids.



Ample private parking is available at the entrance to the farm. There is also a small cellar for storing bicycles.
Le Moulin Holiday cottages are ideally located 3 km from the Burgundy canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois racetrack and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 min from the castles of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin and 30 min from the MuseoParc Alesia; Kids' play area and soccer pitch in the village 50 m from the Holiday cottage.
