First floor: dining room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, ceramic hob, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle and toaster) and pellet stove, living room with sofa bed, shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, the 1st with 1 x 160cm bed, the 2nd with 3 x 90cm twin beds and the 3rd with 2 x 90cm single beds. 1 baby bed available. Beautiful shower room with WC. Large 400 m² wooded garden, partly enclosed. Parking available. Notions of English.
Charges and extras : Bed linen: 8 € for a single bed and 16 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €80. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included). Bag of pellets: €5.
Nearby: Lake Chour with beach and water sports. Seurre: shops, Hôtel-Dieu and historical tour of the City. The Saône and its bucolic landscapes, ideal for Fishing, walks, family picnics and relaxation. The Voie Bleue, a safe, signposted 17 km cycle route along the meandering Saône. Saint-Jean-de-Losne: 1st inland waterway port, boat rentals and restaurants. Cîteaux Abbey, birthplace of the Cistercians, also renowned locally for its excellent cheese made by the monks. 30 minutes from the famous Burgundy vineyards of Nuits-St-Georges, Beaune (and its Unesco World Heritage Hospices), Meursault... 45 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, City of Art and History and City of Gastronomy. Jura just a few kilometers away.

Jean-Paul Séjour historique et gastronomique
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte, moderne, bien équipé et agréable. Il est très bien situé, à proximité des grands axes routiers, de villes historiques comme Dijon ou Beaune, et à côté de la route des grands vins de Bourgogne. Les propriétaires sont très discrets tout en étant très accueillants.. Nous avons découvert la Bourgogne et la Côte d'Or en visitant beaucoup de sites grâce aux judicieux conseils de Madame Michaud. En résumé, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette belle région.

Youa pao Logement très propre et fonctionnel avec une grande cuisine très bien équipée.
Salle de bain avec une grande douche.
Un petit jardin/parc très joli avec une terrasse et mobilier.
Les propriétaires ont chauffé le logement,très bien isolé, depuis le matin pour nous attendre.

Patrick & Marie-Jeanne Accueil très sympathique. La spécialité locale en cadeau de bienvenue a été très appréciée.
Le gite est très propre, très fonctionnelle et dans un état impeccable. Il est situé dans un endroit très calme, ce que nous avons bien apprécié. La région est très belle et convient particulièrement bien à la pratique des promenades en vélo, ce qui était le but recherché.- Cleanliness

Gea and Jaap A perfect gite in a beautiful quiet location, especially the garden with a lot of trees which provided shade when it was hot! A nice kitchen to cook in with prime cookware. The welcome was extremely friendly. We cycled in the morning and in the afternoon we read our books or newspapers online, because the WiFi is excellent. We spent three weeks in this gite and enjoyed every second of our stay.
