If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll be delighted with this single-storey accommodation. Access to the Holiday cottage is via a footbridge, preceded by a few steps.
The 31 m2 living room features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge with flat-screen TV. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (one for 3 people with a 180x200cm bed and 1 single bed or 3 single 90x200cm beds, the other with a 160x200cm bed and an 80x190cm bed), each with its own shower room. 2 WCs, one of which is independent.
Enjoy your private 50 m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
To top it all off, you'll have access to a 6.5x12 m Piscine shared with the occupants of the second Holiday cottage, heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a barrier.

Pont et Massène is a pretty Auxois village just a few minutes from the freeway exit. It's a lively village in season, with the Pont Lake: swimming beach, children's playground, water sports center, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the Holiday cottage, it's a short walk to the lake. A signposted footpath takes you on a 12-km Hiking tour of the Lake.
4 kilometers away, the medieval town of Semur offers a full range of shops and services, and remains a living testimony to its rich past. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses and Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay (Unesco heritage site), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of France's most beautiful villages. Hiking and cycling trails.

gunther Sehr schöne Wohnung in Burgund
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, verbachten eine Woche in der Dachgeschosswohnung von Joelle. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus mit zwei Ferienwohnungen. Das Haus liegt am Hang in einem wunderschönen Park mit Mühle, See und Bach nahe bei Semur. Die Begrüßung durch Joelle und ihrem Mann (und Hund) war sehr herzlich. Beide wohnen im Haus nebenan, sind aber sehr diskret. Die Wohnung ist qualitativ hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Alles wirkt noch sehr neu. Alles war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Vor der Wohnung ist eine große Terrasse mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheit, auch hier alles sehr schön hergerichtet. Der nur wenige Schritte entfernte Pool ist groß und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt, auch hier qualitativ hochwertiges Mobiliar. Wer gerne in einem See schwimmt, erreicht in etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß die Badestelle mit Sandstrand des Stausees von Semur. Semur selbst ist wirklich hübsch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Zentrum sind nur ca. 4 km entfernt. Von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man tolle Ausflüge in nahe gelegene Klöster, Schlösser oder Abteien unternehmen - wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Generell ist ein Auto vorteilhaft. Wir können die Wohnung für einen Burgundaufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Nous vous sommes très reconnaissants d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire un si bon commentaire. Vous avez vous-même été des vacanciers très agréables et respectueux des lieux. Le lac de Pont près de Semur en Auxois est un point bien stratégique pour visiter à la fois le Morvan et l’Auxois, partie riche en patrimoine et paysages grandioses. Il vous faudra revenir .
