Le Mariotte et le Pralat

Pont et Massène is a pretty Auxois village just a few minutes from the freeway exit. It's a lively village in season, with the Pont Lake: swimming beach, children's playground, water sports center, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the Holiday cottage, it's a short walk to the lake. A signposted footpath takes you on a 12-km Hiking tour of the Lake. 4 kilometers away, the medieval town of Semur offers a full range of shops and services, and remains a living testimony to its rich past. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses and Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey (Unesco World Heritage Site), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of France's most beautiful villages. Hiking and cycling trails.

Le Moulin des Rathes brings together two beautiful Holiday cottages on the same property to accommodate 10 people in an exceptional setting on a 6-hectare property bordered by a river.

If you're looking for peace and quiet and nature, you'll be delighted with these single-storey accommodations.

In the 6-person Holiday cottage "Mariotte", you'll find a 31 m2 living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge (flat-screen TV).
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (each for 3 people, with a double bed and 1 single bed), each with a private shower room. 2 WCs, one of which is independent.

The "Pralat" Holiday cottage, which sleeps 4, comprises a 32 m2 living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge (flat-screen TV). Small bar area. A corridor leads to 1 separate toilet and two bedrooms (one for 2 people with a 180x200cm bed or 2 90x200cm beds, the other with two 80x200cm beds or 1 160x200cm bed), each with its own shower room and toilet.

Large private terraces with garden furniture

To top it all off, you'll have access to a 6.5x12 m swimming pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a barrier, to be shared with the occupants of another small 4-person Holiday cottage.
Private laundry shared by both Holiday cottages.
