In the heart of a wooded park of over one hectare, the Holiday cottage offers: on the first floor: a fully-equipped closed kitchen with wine cellar, a large dining room, separate WC, a first living room with cross-cutting fireplace opening onto a second living room with large-screen TV, top-of-the-range hifi equipment. On the lower level, a sauna area with large shower, with direct access to the park. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms, each with 1 x 160 cm bed, private bathroom and WC. On the landing: small kitchenette with coffee machine. 2nd floor: 1 beautiful bedroom with imposing framework, each with 1 x 160 cm bed, private bathroom and WC. The last bedroom is in a small adjoining studio, with a 160 cm bed, kitchenette and bathroom with WC. Access via a bay window opening onto a small private terrace. Beautiful view over the park. In the east tower, gaming room with table soccer, library and reading room.

Nearby attractions include Combe Lavaux, a nature reserve popular with hikers and sports enthusiasts. Hiking and forest trails just outside the property (GR7), the vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin, land of great red wines and grands crus. Numerous wine-tasting cellars and restaurants in the commune. All shops in Gevrey or Nuits St Georges. Also close to Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, with its Cité de la Gastronomie, and Beaune, the capital of Burgundy. The climats of the Route des Grands Crus, which links these 2 cities, are listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, as are the Hospices de Beaune. For lovers of greenery, Chamboeuf is also at the crossroads of the verdant Ouche valley, snaked by the Burgundy canal. Hiking and cycling trails start from the Holiday cottage.
