Situated in a peaceful neighborhood just ten kilometers from Dijon and equidistant from the famous Vineyard of Gevrey-Chambertin, this Detached house is ideal for a stay in the heart of Burgundy.

On the first floor, a vast entrance hall leads to two distinct areas: on one side, a cosy, comfortable living room with flat-screen TV. On the other, a dining room adjoins a functional kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The electric table-top oven is in the garage. On the first floor, the landing leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm), which leads through to a large attic bedroom with air-conditioning, a sleeping area with a double bed (160cm) and a library/gaming room area (separated by a curtain) with a sofa bed (additional bedding €15/night/person). Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant garden with garden furniture available.

Parking for two vehicles on the property (and one in a closed garage). Pets are welcome, but please note: the partially enclosed grounds (due to the height of the fence) may not be suitable for small dogs (€8/day/pet). Bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, towels, heating and electricity included. Closed garage for sports equipment or bicycles. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
