In a quiet village 5 kms from Seurre, the Holiday cottage "Le Jardin Suspendu", adjoining the owner's house, offers: first floor: charming living room (bricks, terracotta floor tiles, beams etc.), with large-screen TV, wifi, equipped kitchen (Tassimo pod coffee maker), dining room. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase): 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room, with shower, WC, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed with en-suite shower room and WC, access by a few steps to another bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds. Baby equipment on request (Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat). At the front: wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. At the rear (access via a gate): large garden with trees to share, with garden furniture, deckchairs, small terrace, shared 10 x 5m Piscine, open from May to late September (weather permitting), from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, secured by an alarm. Below, pétanque court (boules provided) and swing for Kids. Pets on request. Close to Seurre: shops, Hôtel-Dieu and historical tour of the City. The Saône River and its bucolic landscapes, ideal for fishing, walking, family picnics and relaxation. The Voie Bleue, a safe, signposted 17 km cycle route along the meandering Saône. Saint-Jean-de-Losne: 1st inland waterway port, boat rentals and restaurants. Cîteaux Abbey, birthplace of the Cistercians, also renowned locally for its excellent cheese made by the monks. 30 minutes from the famous Burgundy vineyards of Nuits-St-Georges, Beaune (and its Unesco World Heritage Hospices), Meursault... 45 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, City of Art and History and City of Gastronomy.
