One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a small bedroom with a single bed (90cm) (extra bed possible). Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Baby bed and high chair. Traditional coffee machine + Nespresso pods

Parking space. The house has no outdoor space, but guests have access to the
access to the owners' enclosed garden next door, where they can relax and enjoy their meals (lounge), as well as to the shared 4x8 m unheated indoor swimming pool, open from June to September, weather permitting. Bicycles can be stored in a cellar next to the owners. 1 parking space. 2 pets maximum.

Charges and extras : End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Reversible heating and air-conditioning, electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included). Bathroom linen: €5 per person.
