Semi-detached house with shared Piscine.

First floor: large living room with dining room and sitting room featuring exposed stonework, Burgundy stone flooring, fireplace and fitted kitchen. Living room. Separate WC. Baby bed + high chair + booster seat + baby bath available.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, TV and shower room. 2 bedrooms with 2 x 90cm beds, each of which can be twinned. 2nd shower room and separate WC. Dressing room. Private terrace. Pets not allowed.

Parking in the property's enclosed courtyard and large shared 2000 m² garden with swing. Shared heated 8m x 4m Piscine, open from May 15 to September 15, weather permitting, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5:30pm. Bikes can be stored in the garage.

Gas heating, electricity, bed linen, kitchen linen and final cleaning included in rates. One basket of wood offered, then €5 per basket. Linen and bath towels for hire on request (€5 per person per stay). Possibility of 2 extra people in sofa bed: €10 per day per person.

Beaune is internationally renowned for its Vineyard and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Numerous events all year round: Cinema Festivals, Baroque Music, 'Cours aux jardins'... Restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. Hiking, walks on the ramparts or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, Vineyard cycle route between Beaune and Santenay (bike rentals in the commune). Also worth discovering on the Route des Grands Crus are the renowned wine villages of Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet...
