In a quiet hamlet in the Countryside, fully renovated house dating from 1856, 20 minutes from Dijon. First floor: large, bright living room with Burgundy tiles and wood-burning stove: dining room, sitting room and kitchenette. One bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Storeroom with washing machine. Upstairs with parquet flooring: bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be twinned), bedroom with 160cm bed, Kids' gaming room with extra bed, shower room with large shower and 2nd toilet. Baby bed and high chair. Parking, terrace and 800 m² private garden.
Nearby: the Seine and Suzon valleys with their game-filled Forests, criss-crossed by signposted footpaths, accessible by mountain bike. Prenois motor racing circuit. The Sources de la Seine and the famous sites of the Auxois region: Flavigny sur Ozerain, MuséoParc Alésia, Château de Bussy-Rabutin, World Heritage-listed Abbaye de Fontenay. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy: Museums, the historic Owl trail, Halles markets, Michelin-starred restaurants... A bus to Dijon passes through the village.
Bed linen and wood are included in the price.
Charges and extras : End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Bathroom linen: €5 per person for the stay. Electric heating according to consumption (8 kwh/day included in prices).

Sylvie Excellent accueil dans un gîte tout confort
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Claire. Le lieu est calme, joliment rénové, très propre et vraiment confortable. On s'y sent tout de suite bien ! de Labrouhe Gite très bien aménagé , très spacieux , bien équipé avec une très bonne literie.
Propriétaires très sympathiques.
Canapé lit du salon plus très confortable.
