Le gîte des oiseaux

On the borders of the Auxois and Morvan regions, close to the Serein river, enjoy a peaceful environment, ideal for Hiking, cycling and discovering the Burgundy countryside.

The “Gîte des Oiseaux” is a self-contained holiday cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the raised ground floor: the entrance leads into the fully equipped kitchen (2-burner gas stove, freestanding oven, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator). Bathroom with toilet.

A few steps lead to the living area with a pellet stove, featuring a cozy dining area and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. From this room, four steps on either side lead to two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, and the other—which is very bright thanks to its floor-to-ceiling window—with a 160 cm double bed. TV.
Upstairs, a third bedroom features two beds 90x190 cm in size, a sink, and a separate toilet.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant wooden deck for meals (with a griddle) and relaxation, as well as a small covered area designed for unwinding. The fully enclosed property is perfect for families with kids, who will love the swing set. There is a carport on the property.

In the village, you’ll find shops and services: a bakery, a Pharmacy, and a convenience store.
Please note that due to the presence of multiple levels and stairs, this accommodation is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
