Le gîte des oiseaux

On the borders of the Auxois and Morvan regions, close to the Serein river, enjoy a peaceful environment, ideal for Hiking, cycling and discovering the Burgundy countryside.

The independent Holiday cottage des Oiseaux sleeps up to 6. On the raised ground floor: entrance through to the fully-equipped kitchen (2 gas rings, table-top oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge). A few steps lead up to the living room with pellet stove, a convivial dining area and a comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV. From this room, four steps on either side lead up to two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with a 160 cm double bed and plenty of natural light thanks to its bay window. Upstairs, a third bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm), a water point and a separate toilet. Outside, there's a pleasant wooden terrace for meals (plancha) and relaxation, as well as a small covered area for lounging. The fully enclosed grounds are perfect for families with Kids, who will appreciate the swing. Carport on the property. Village shops and services: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market. Please note that due to the presence of several levels and staircases, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Baby equipment on request. All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, electric heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning. Pellets: €5/bag.
