First floor: with direct access to the terrace, large fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room. TV, Wifi, 1 bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, with 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm bed, with private shower room, Italian shower, WC. In the same room, on the mezzanine, 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm bed. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, en-suite shower room and WC, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed (+ 1 x 120 cm extra bed), en-suite shower room and WC. Baby equipment available: baby bed, high chair, bathtub and changing mat. Reversible air-conditioning. Outside, large enclosed terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Heated Piscine (4X8 m, 1.50 m deep) shared with owners. Access from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, from mid-May to mid-October (weather permitting).
All-inclusive Holiday cottage: bed linen, cleaning, towels, household linen, heating, electricity included.
Nearby: numerous wine-tasting cellars and restaurants in the commune. La Voie des Vignes cycle route, from Beaune to Santenay. Hiking in the Vineyard. Just a few kilometers away, Beaune, the wine capital of France, is internationally renowned for its famous Hospices, also listed by UNESCO. Also worth a visit on the Route des Grands Crus are other renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet... Beaune Beach: 14,000 m² of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools.

Gite très agréable, très confortable. Lieu magnifique, idéal pour les enfants mais un manque d'entretien. Piscine chauffée, c'est top! Facilités d'accueil pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, merci beaucoup !

Séjour très agréable dans une belle propriété. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La maison est grande. La pisicne est un vrai atout surtout avec des enfants. L’eau est chaude et la piscine est très propre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très discrets! Je recommande a 100%

Dominique Gîte bien conçu pour un moment en famille avec une piscine dont petit (1 an) et grands ont profité
Au sud de la côte de bonne, entre vignobles, châteaux, la situation permet de bénéficier des atouts de la région (gastronomie, œnologie, patrimoine historique, comme randonnées. Le gîte offre tout le confort et de l’espace intérieur comme extérieur avec sa cour ombragée et son barbecue. Les propriétaires mitoyens sont quasi invisibles. Et la piscine à 28 dégrées permet des baignades même par temps mitigé. Nous étions 4 générations ensemble sans nous gêner ( toutes les chambres sont avec douche et WC). Merci pour ces très belles vacances en famille 😍
