In the heart of the Auxois region, 19th century Burgundy house on 2 levels, ideal for discovering the region with the family.
First floor: characterful living room with Burgundy tiles, beams and wood-burning fireplace, communicating with the fully-equipped kitchen. Large 35 m² veranda housing the dining room, with lovely views over the garden. One bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200. Bathroom with WC.
First floor: one bedroom with a 140cm bed and one bedroom with a 160cm bed. Bathroom with WC. Large landing with 2nd living room for 2 additional sofa beds.
Tumble-dryer in outbuilding. Parking in the courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage. Terrace and 2500 m² enclosed garden with trees at the rear of the house, with swing. Cane stroller available. 2 Umbrella beds.
The owners offer a catering service at an additional cost. Transfer from Montbard and Venarey les Laumes train stations. Bicycles available. Full baby equipment, including bouncer and stroller. For picnics, ice-cream maker and ice bread.
All shops in Epoisses, famous for its cheese, 5 km away. Nearby: the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey and Vézelay Basilica (Unesco World Heritage Site), the castles of Thil, Bussy Rabutin and Epoisses, Buffon's Forges, the caves of Arcy sur Cure, Flavigny sur Ozerain (one of France's most beautiful villages, famous for its aniseed), etc. Beautiful Countryside with many Hiking and Cycling trails in the vicinity.

Elisabeth Séjour inoubliable dans un gîte superbe !
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce gîte en Bourgogne ! La maison est magnifique, très propre, soignée et particulièrement bien pensée pour le confort des voyageurs. Tout est bien équipé, de la vaisselle aux jeux en passant par le mobilier, et la cheminée ajoute une touche chaleureuse qui rend l’endroit encore plus agréable.
L’hôtesse est adorable et très accueillante. En plus de nous avoir réservé un accueil des plus sympathiques, elle nous a fait la belle surprise de nous offrir un délicieux pain d’épices et une gelée de coings faits maison. Étant traiteur, elle nous a également préparé un sublime gâteau aux trois chocolats pour un anniversaire, un vrai régal !
Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Watlet Très belle semaine de Noël passée dans ce super gîte, tout était parfait.
La propriétaire nous a laissé le soin de décorer le sapin nous même.

Nathalie et Christophe La qualité de l'accueil, les petites attentions, le couscous de Fatima méritent un niveau de satisfaction d'au moins 10/5. Un énorme merci à Fatima.
Concernant le gîte, rien à redire quand à sa propreté, sa qualité, son équipement, ... ou encore son implantation.
Nous y avons passer 15 jours fin août pour nos vacances d'été, topissime.
